Summary
The client is a 14 year old boy with a diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy, physical and learning disabilities. He is a full-time wheelchair user who lives with his mother, older sister and dog in a house that has been adapted to meet his needs in Merthyr Tydfil.
He enjoys sensory activities, going for walks in his wheelchair, playing with his iPad and gaming machines. He is able to verbalise but communication can sometimes be difficult for him if he is unable to make his needs understood.
