We are looking for caring, reliable and committed Care Workers / Home Carers to join our team and support individuals to live safely, independently and with dignity in their own homes.

The Role

As a Care Worker, you will provide practical and personal support tailored to each individual's care plan and needs.

Your duties may include:

Providing personal care and support with daily living

Supporting mobility and independence

Assisting with meals and hydration

Supporting medication in accordance with training and care plans

Providing companionship and emotional support

Supporting clients with appointments and community activities

Maintaining accurate care records

Following safeguarding, health and safety and infection-control procedures

Respecting each person's privacy, dignity, choices and independence

Working collaboratively with families, colleagues and other professionals

About You

We are looking for individuals who are:

Caring, compassionate and respectful

Reliable, punctual and professional

Able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care

Flexible to work across different shifts, including weekends where required

Previous care experience is desirable. Relevant training and experience will be considered.

All successful applicants will be required to complete appropriate employment checks and mandatory training before undertaking care duties.
