The Role
Select Recruitment are currently recruiting for
Process Operatives to join a busy cosmetics manufacturing company based in
Brandon, Suffolk.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operating production and manufacturing equipment
• Following production processes and procedures
• Measuring and handling ingredients/materials accurately
• Monitoring the production process and reporting any issues
• Carrying out quality checks throughout production
• Keeping the work area clean, tidy and safe
• Following all health & safety and company procedures
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
The Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production or processing is desirable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to follow instructions and production procedures
• Good team player with a positive attitude
• Physically able to carry out the requirements of the role
