Summary

As a community outreach adviser, you will be delivering holistic advice in our communities with a focus on financial resilience. You will help people maximise their income through grant and welfare benefit applications, money saving tips, addressing debt and much more. You will be a confident communicator, have an enquiring mind and be able to deal with complex advice queries using comprehensive resources. You must be able to work with autonomy in community settings within your area and build trusted relationships with allied partners. Ideally, you will have experience, but trainee positions considered for candidates who can demonstrate the ability to move through training materials rapidly.
