Competitive Salary + Benefits

An exciting opportunity to take ownership of merchandising for a growing British premium fashion and lifestyle brand.

We're partnering with an established, founder-led business with ambitious growth plans, a distinctive product offering and a strong presence across retail and ecommerce.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven

Merchandising Manager who enjoys combining strategic planning with hands-on trading and wants to play a meaningful role in shaping the next stage of a business's growth.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll take ownership of the merchandising function, driving stock efficiency, commercial performance and smarter planning processes.

The Opportunity

•

Lead seasonal planning, forecasting and in-season trading.

•

Own Open-to-Buy (OTB), stock management and intake planning.

•

Shape product assortment strategies, category mix and range performance.

•

Work closely with Buying to balance newness, continuity and commercial opportunities.

•

Drive sell-through, margin optimisation and stock efficiency.

•

Lead trading discussions, identifying opportunities around replenishment, markdowns and stock allocation.

•

Develop merchandising processes, reporting and planning tools to support future growth.

•

Collaborate with Buying, Ecommerce, Finance and senior stakeholders.

•

Support and develop junior merchandising talent.

What We're Looking For

•

Proven merchandising experience within

fashion, premium retail or lifestyle brands.

•

Strong commercial and analytical skills, with confident Excel and OTB experience.

•

Experience managing seasonal planning, stock forecasting and trading performance.

•

Someone equally comfortable developing strategy and getting into the detail.

•

Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing commercial decisions.

•

A proactive, entrepreneurial approach suited to a growing business.

Experience within luxury, premium or heritage fashion would be particularly interesting, as would exposure to merchandising systems or ERP implementation.

Why Consider It?

This isn't simply about managing stock. It's an opportunity to

influence commercial strategy, improve how a merchandising function operates and have a genuine impact on business growth.

You'll be joining an ambitious business where your ideas, commercial judgement and ability to get things done will be valued.

Interested in finding out more?

I'm recruiting for this opportunity and would welcome a confidential conversation with experienced merchandising professionals who are open to exploring their next move.
