About the role:
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Children’s Manager to lead one of our Residential homes in Sheringham. This role would also suit a highly experienced Children’s Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career.
Why Break?
At Break, our children’s homes are more than just places to live – they are warm, welcoming environments where young people feel safe, cared for, and truly valued. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, and we’re seeking a leader who shares that belief wholeheartedly.
As a trauma-informed organisation, all our young people and employees are supported by our highly skilled therapeutic team – and our lifelong offer means that even when young people leave our care, we will always be there for them.
All of our services are rated good or outstanding and deliver great outcomes for our young people. Our ambition is to grow and build even further – creating an environment where people can develop their talent and see the difference they make. You could be part of this.
If you’re ready to lead with heart, vision and expertise, we’d love to hear from you.
In return, we offer:
33 days annual leave per year (including bank holidays)
Free, career-enhancing qualifications

Enhanced sick pay and family friendly leave
Pension salary sacrifice
Life assurance to the value of 3x your annual salary
