Summary
Personnel Selection are pleased to be aiding in the recruitment of an experienced Office Supervisor to join this well-established business in Northampton.
The role is permanent and full time and the hours of work are either 12pm - 9pm or 1pm - 10pm. This isn't on a rota; the candidate will select which hours are better suited.

This role will suit an experienced supervisor / team leader, who loves to develop their team and ensure processes run smoothly and effectively.

Your duties will include:
• Lead and motivate a team of administrators in a busy operational environment.
• Support the Manager and manage the department in their absence.
• Allocate workloads to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within service deadlines.
• Monitor team performance through KPIs and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach, mentor, and support team development.
