Location: Homebased

(Full, Current Driving licence and access to own Vehicle, Must be willing to travel nationally as required)

As Partnership Manager, you will help shape future growth of Standguide by building and managing relationships with e.g. local government, mayoral and combined strategic authorities, employability and skills providers, VCSEs and other key stakeholders. You will support our approach to stakeholder engagement, ensuring market intelligence, trusted relationships and early opportunity insight are translated into sustainable growth opportunities. Reporting to Head of Partnerships you will raise Standguide’s profile across key markets, influence future services and funding opportunities, and play a pivotal role in securing the partnerships that enable us to deliver lasting impact for people and communities.

What you’ll do

As a Partnership Manager, you’ll:

Developing and delivering a structured, agile stakeholder engagement strategy and delivery plan.

Building and managing relationships with e.g. local government, mayoral and combined strategic authorities, employability and skills providers, VCSEs and support organisations.

Supporting Standguide place-based engagement approach, coordinating local engagement activity and strengthening relationships across priority markets and emerging devolved structures.

Generating and sharing commissioner, funder and market intelligence, acting as a trusted advisor to operational and business development leaders and informing growth priorities, service development and pipeline decisions.

Owning and continuously improving stakeholder engagement processes, systems and reporting, effectively using data and technology, while ensuring effective governance, compliance and risk management.

Provide local, regional, and national expertise and knowledge for Standguide bid submissions.

Daily planning and organising workload to ensure all tasks completed on time and to the highest standard.

Support key partner and stakeholder engagement for procurement and evaluation exercises e.g. constructing supply chain solutions and ensuring strategic partnership considerations.

Complete contracts of interest forms when applying for Standguide Sub-Contract opportunities.

Overseas equivalent qualifications will be considered.
