Summary
The postholder is responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development,implementation and evaluation of programmes of care. The postholder will teach andsupervise post basic learners and unqualified staff. This role will act as a key worker toallocated patients and take responsibility and accountability for a group of patients. The postholder will be expected to work in all areas of the Emergency Department caring with acaring for a variety of different clinical presentations.
