Summary

Warehouse Operative - Permanent (Night Shift)

Location: Andover

Hours of Work: Sunday to Thursday, 8pm - 6am

Salary: £32,000

We're recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives for a well-established client in Andover. This is a hands-on, physically demanding

night shift role supporting next-day deliveries through accurate picking and safe loading.

Key duties of a Warehouse Operative

Picking stock for next-day deliveries

Loading vans/lorries

Packing stock

Carrying out stock counts

Quality checking products

Operating manual handling equipment

Moving company vehicles around the yard as and when required

What you'll need as a Warehouse Operative

FLT licence desirable (Counterbalance and/or VNA)

Experience working within logistics and warehousing

Loading vans/lorries with an understanding of safe loading/weight distribution

Comfortable with manual work and working in a small team

Full UK driving licence (required) to move company vehicles around the yard as and when needed
