About the Role
As a Bank Care and Support Worker, you will support people to remain independent and continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes.
Your role may include:
Providing companionship and emotional support
Supporting clients with personal care and daily routines
Helping with household tasks
Supporting shopping, appointments and community activities
Assisting with meals and everyday activities
Encouraging independence and respecting individual choices
Supporting clients to remain connected with their families and communities
Helping clients do more of the things that matter to them
You may support people who require assistance due to illness, injury, mobility or memory difficulties, chronic conditions or other circumstances that make everyday activities more challenging.
