We are looking for an experienced and
ambitious Registered Manager to
lead our growing
supported living services across the East Midlands. With seven established services currently operating across
Staffordshire and Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire
, this is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for a diverse portfolio that supports adults to live
independently within their own homes and communities.
Our services
support people with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and mobility-related
support requirements. As Registered Manager, you will provide leadership across all locations, working closely with a Deputy Manager and Senior
Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred
support.
This is a particularly exciting time to join us as we continue to grow and develop the region. We are currently progressing a split of our CQC registration and are invested in strengthening our management structure to
support future expansion. This role is based from our existing office in
Leicester.

support.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the people we
- Reviewing
- Working in partnership with families, advocates, social workers, healthcare professionals and commissioners to deliver outstanding
- Completing audits and quality assurance activities to monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensuring robust risk assessments and
- Leading, developing and motivating your teams through effective recruitment, induction, supervision, training and performance management.
- Managing staffing resources across the services, ensuring safe staffing levels, effective rota management and contingency planning.
- Overseeing safeguarding, incident management, complaints and regulatory notifications, ensuring concerns are investigated promptly and lessons learned are embedded into practice.
- Maintaining strong relationships with commissioners and stakeholders while

Skills/Experience required:
- A minimum of 12 months' right to work in the UK.
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager is highly desirable.
- Management qualification at QCF Level 4 (or equivalent), or willingness to work towards this qualification.
- QCF Level 4 or above in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- Experience working within
- Demonstrable knowledge of
- Strong
- Proven leadership and management experience with the ability to effectively oversee a service and staff team.
- Experience
- Sound
Supported Living, Learning Disabilities, Autism or Complex Care services.
