About you We are looking for an experienced, credible and inspirational leader with a strong background in mental health inpatient services and experience of CAMHS or working with young people. You will bring experience of leading multidisciplinary teams, managing complex services, developing staff and delivering quality improvement and change. You will be confident working across organisational boundaries, building relationships with partners and balancing operational pressures with a clear strategic vision. Most importantly, you will be passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people. You will lead with compassion and integrity, create an inclusive culture in which staff can thrive, and bring the energy and determination needed to guide services through their next phase of development.
