Summary

Management of staffing throughout the department. Management of sickness, absence and annual leave of staff. Management of staff appraisals. Leading the team of staff to maintain standards of care across the department. Work closely with the MDT to ensure delivery of efficient, adequate haemodialysis. Overseeing of all audits for the department. Close liaison with renal satellite units across the service to ensure smooth transition of patient care between areas. Oversee staff training to ensure all staff members are updated clinically and professionally. Be proactive in the development of the service and bringing about positive change.
