Summary

I'm working with a fast-growing, data-driven consumer business that is looking to hire a Growth Strategy Associate to work closely with the Head of Sales.

This role focuses on analysing customer journey and sales funnel performance, identifying opportunities to improve conversion, and helping drive commercial growth. You'll use data, market insights, and business intelligence tools to understand performance, uncover opportunities, and support the delivery of initiatives that improve customer experience and commercial outcomes.

We're interested in speaking with candidates who have 2-5 years' experience in consulting, strategy, analytics, commercial, or growth-focused roles, along with strong quantitative and problem-solving skills. Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools would be advantageous.
