Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable Main Dealership in Northampton. This is an excellent Service Advisor opportunity for a skilled professional looking to further their career within a well-established automotive group. Duties:

- Manage customer bookings effectively, ensuring smooth workflow

- Provide professional updates to customers regarding vehicle service status

- Upsell recommended services and accessories to maximise dealership revenue

- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues with professionalism

- Maintain high standards of customer service throughout interaction

- Liaise with workshop teams to ensure timely vehicle servicing

- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and promote future business

- Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and service history

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor within a dealership or independent garage

- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

- Strong customer service skills, with a professional and approachable manner

- Confidence in upselling and identifying customer needs

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle challenging conversations

- Organised with a focus on maintaining accurate records

- Enthusiastic and committed to providing a positive customer experience
