Job Title: Registered Home Manager (wide range of experience considered)
Salary: £48,000 £58,000 DOE plus 15% SMART objectives based bonus paid quarterly
Hours: Full Time

A little about South Moor Lodge:
South Moor Lodge is located in the idyllic village of Walkeringham (5 miles to the West of Gainsborough). The home is centred around a nineteenth century barn, which has been selectively extended in keeping with its character. This provides the homeliness that Jasmine seeks for its homes, whilst still providing modern living accommodation. The home sits within two acres of landscaped grounds, and provides personal and dementia care for 41 residents.
The home Manager is supported by a Supernumery Deputy Manager.

Day to Day Responsibilities for Home Manager:
To achieve Jasmine’s Mission and Aims in the home you manage by:
- Doing everything you can to develop, motivate, and improve the wellbeing of your team
- Ensuring all your residents are provided with the highest standards of care and your home is fully compliant; and
- Ensuring your home is full at all times
Essential Requirements for Home Manager:
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Home Manager of a residential / nursing home or 2 years as a Supernumery Deputy Manager
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management (or a registered nurse)
- Full Driving Licence
- Computer literacy (particularly email, excel spreadsheets and word documents)
- Must live within 30minutes drive per google maps
Preferred Requirements for Home Manager:
- Two years’ experience as a Manager of a residential / nursing home
- NVQ Level 7 in Health & Social Care
