Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
• be a practising Catholic who will nurture the faith and spirituality of our school community
• Have at least 3 years Senior Leadership experience
• Be an outstanding teacher with an excellent understanding of how students learn, how barriers to learning can be overcome and have a proven track record of superb student outcomes
• Be strategic, creative, energetic and highly organised
• Be highly informed of current approaches to teaching, learning, assessment, curriculum and inclusion
• Be an excellent leader and communicator with a clear sense of moral purpose, be analytical and have an excellent understanding of school improvement strategies and systems
• Be focused on ensuring that no child is left behind
• Potentially have aspirations for headship
