This temporary role is suited to someone who is confident driving locally, works well to schedules and is comfortable handling goods safely.Key responsibilities• Carry out multidrop deliveries, completing more than 10 drops per shift where required• Load, unload and move goods by hand• Check delivery items and paperwork before setting off• Deliver orders safely and professionally to the correct locations• Plan routes efficiently and manage time throughout the day• Complete delivery records and report any issues promptly• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle and follow workplace health and safety proceduresSkills and experience• Previous experience in a driving or delivery role is useful• Experience of multidrop deliveries, including more than 10 drops, is required• Confident with handball work and the manual handling of goods• Good time-management and organisational skills• Dependable, punctual and professional approach• Able to work independently and provide good customer serviceAbout the companyThe company operates in electrical distribution, supplying products and practical solutions to professional customers through a broad branch network.
