Summary
Person Specification - Essential Criteria Master's degree or equivalent senior leadership experience. Significant senior leadership experience within a complex NHS, healthcare, emergency services or operational environment. Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and services. Evidence of delivering operational performance, transformation and service improvement. Experience of strategic workforce planning and organisational development. Strong understanding of governance, risk management and patient safety. Experience of financial and resource management. Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and partnership working skills. Experience of managing organisational change and developing high-performing teams. Ability to participate in strategic on-call and major incident arrangements.
