As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll work within a supportive team of recruiters, owning your own desk and developing your own client portfolio. You'll partner with hospitality businesses of all sizes, managing the full recruitment cycle from winning new business through to placing the right candidate. Your day-to-day will include business development, candidate attraction, telephone screening, and face-to-face interviewing.

Key responsibilities:

• Developing and managing exceptional relationships with key clients and stakeholders

• Generating new business and growing your client base through proactive business development

• Taking detailed client briefs and managing the process through to successful placement

• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates by phone and face to face

• Project managing recruitment campaigns to agreed timelines

• Negotiating terms and fees with clients, and managing offers and candidate expectations

• Maintaining an accurate database and ensuring regular follow-ups are completed

• Hitting and exceeding targets to maximise your commission

Knowledge and experience required:

• Previous recruitment, sales or business development experience is desirable

• Experience within hospitality would be beneficial

• Ability to work to deadlines with excellent attention to detail

• A competitive, target-driven mindset with resilience and a strong work ethic

• A degree would be highly advantageous

Location:

The company is based in Reading and is easily commutable from the surrounding areas.
