POST: Primary Phase After School Club AssistantRESPONSIBLE TO: The Principal, Deputy Principal Primary, under the day-to-day management and leadership of the Primary Phase After School Club Leader HOURLY RATE: £15.00 per hourKEY RELATIONSHIPS: Academy Leadership Team; relevant teaching and support staff; Oasis Community Learning; LA representatives; partner professionals; parents; local community; other Oasis Academies. LOCATION: Oasis Academy HadleyWORKING PATTERN: 15.45 to 18.00 term timeJOB PURPOSE: To support the children and Primary Phase After School Club Leader in providing a stimulating, inclusive, safe learning environment for students in After School care. We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable After School Club Support Assistant to help provide a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment for children after the school day. The role involves supporting the After School Club Leader, supervising pupils, promoting positive behaviour, encouraging independence and confidence, and ensuring high standards of safeguarding and pastoral care.
