The Person:
- Previous culinary experience
- Strong
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work morning, afternoon/evening, and weekends
Passion for cooking and willingness to learn
organisational and communication skills
The Role:
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with
- Work effectively with the wider kitchen team to maintain smooth service
- Contribute to
Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to a high standard
hygiene and safety standards
Support junior kitchen staff with training and supervision
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
menu development and specials as required
