HRGO Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider for compassionate and customer-focused

Customer Service Advisors. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team where you will help families make important decisions about care for their loved ones.

Shift Pattern:

The Customer Care Team operates during the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 6:00pm

Responsibilities:

Handling inbound and outbound calls, voicemails and online enquiries

Listening to customers with empathy and understanding their individual needs

Providing reassurance and guidance throughout the enquiry process

Booking care home show rounds and appointments

Managing enquiries from first contact through to admission

Scheduling follow-up calls and maintaining accurate records

Liaising with care home teams to coordinate appointments and assessments

Handling calls from relatives, suppliers and job applicants professionally

Delivering an outstanding customer experience at every stage

Requirements:

Have excellent communication and listening skills

Are compassionate, patient and empathetic

Have previous customer service experience (call centre, retail, hospitality, healthcare or similar)

Can remain calm and professional in sensitive situations

Are confident using computer systems and updating customer records

Take ownership of their workload and follow tasks through to completion

Are flexible to work weekends on a rota basis
