Summary

Multi-Skilled Joiner needed in Bolton, £25ph PAYE - Reference: 000B 7112 / 1

Key Requirements

Ability to undertake a range of secondary trade duties, including basic plumbing, tiling, plaster patching and general maintenance
Full UK Driving Licence
Own tools required

Duties Include

Responsive repairs and maintenance to housing stock
Diagnosing and resolving repair issues on first visit where possible
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Providing excellent customer service to tenants

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
