Summary

Join our Social Care Commissioning Team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of vital care services across Monmouthshire. Working closely with commissioners, providers and colleagues, you will provide brokerage, administrative and financial support while helping maintain high standards of quality assurance and service delivery.
