We are looking for an experienced Butcher to join our team working permanent night shifts at our site near King’s Cross.
The Role
You will be responsible for preparing and cutting meat to a high standard in a busy working environment.
Duties will include:
Cutting, trimming and portioning meat
Deboning and preparing different cuts
Following customer specifications
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
Keeping your work area and equipment clean
Working efficiently as part of the night team
What We’re Looking For
Previous butchery experience is essential. You should be confident using professional butchery knives and equipment and able to work accurately at a good pace.
Experience in wholesale, catering, restaurant supply or meat production would be an advantage.
