Housing Manager needed in Portsmouth

This is a temporary role and the rate is £34.04ph PAYE

The successful candidate will provide decisive strategic leadership across a wide-ranging housing portfolio, shaping the direction of complex operational services while ensuring robust financial control, full legislative compliance, and consistently high performance standards. They will champion effective homelessness prevention, oversee housing needs and tenancy management, and drive improvements that enhance the experience of tenants, leaseholders, and vulnerable residents. With a strong focus on community wellbeing, cohesion, and support programmes, they will lead multidisciplinary teams, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and deliver customer‑focused, resilient services that continually evolve to meet changing demands.
