Summary

Work with a high degree of autonomy and complex decision making underpinned by a masters level award that encompasses the four pillars of clinical practice, with demonstration of core capabilities and area specific clinical competence. Act as a source of clinical expertise, knowledge and skills in advanced clinical practice. lead in the advanced clinical assessment of patients who have highly complex presentations, making a differential diagnosis and prescribing treatments as an independent non-medical prescriber. professionally accountable for autonomous assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes of evidence based clinical care. Maintain records as an autonomous practitioner liaising closely with the patients medical practitioner. Work collaboratively and cooperatively with clinical colleagues to develop services and quality of care delivered.
