ICT Technical Analyst needed in Liverpool Paying £14.41 per hr ref 377947
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain, and support ICT infrastructure and technology solutions.
- Administer and support business applications, software platforms, and digital services.
- Configure, monitor, and manage infrastructure across physical, virtualised, and cloud-based environments.
- Support the implementation of new technologies, system upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents, problems, and service requests.
- Support systems integration, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimisation activities.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and support materials.
- Assist in the development and implementation of technical standards, policies, and best practices.
- Monitor system performance, security, and availability to ensure operational resilience.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality ICT services.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement, automation, and increased operational efficiency.
- Participate in project delivery activities and contribute technical expertise to business change programmes.
- Ensure compliance with information security, governance, and organisational standards.
