We're currently looking for reliable and hardworking labourers to join a variety of construction projects across Northampton and the surrounding areas. With opportunities available for everything from large-scale housing developments to commercial and industrial projects, this is a great chance to secure regular work with established contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting trades and site teams with daily tasks

Moving materials and equipment safely around site

Loading and unloading deliveries

Keeping work areas clean, organised, and hazard-free

Supporting site management and other operatives as required

Following all health & safety procedures on site

Requirements:✅ Valid CSCS Card

✅ Previous construction site experience preferred

✅ Strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck in

✅ Reliable and punctual attitude

✅ Ability to work well as part of a team

✅ Full PPE
