Summary
Catch 22 are working with a national public sector organisation at the heart of the creative and cultural sector to recruit a Senior Facilities Coordinator to join their Estates & Facilities team in Manchester City Centre.
Supporting offices across Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle, you'll help ensure workplace environments remain safe, compliant, well-maintained and welcoming for colleagues and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works
• Manage contractor and supplier relationships
• Support health & safety, compliance and workplace audits
• Maintain facilities records, systems and reporting
• Assist with office moves, refurbishments projects, workplace set-ups and day-to-day facilities operations
• Support with service charge budgets, leasing, procurement and purchase orders
• Work closely with and deputise for the Senior Facilities Manager when required
Ideal Applicant
• Must have experience within commercial facilities management
• Experience coordinating maintenance and contractor activities
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good knowledge of workplace health & safety - IOSH Managing Safely would be beneficial
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
• Ability to work flexible hours where needed and be available for emergency situations
• Able to travel to other sites in Leeds and Newcastle when needed (Usually fortnightly)
• Customer focused with a collaborative attitude and a desire to build a career within Facilities Management.
Benefits
• Around £33,500 salary
• 35 hours per week
• Usually 8am/8.30am start
• Annual leave of 25 days + Bank Holidays
