Summary

We're looking for compassionate and reliable Health Care Assistants to join our growing domiciliary care team in Chelmsford. In this rewarding role, you'll provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

This is an hourly paid position with paid travel time between client visits and a mileage allowance, ensuring you're paid for the time you spend supporting our community.

Previous experience in health or social care is preferred, but we also welcome applications from caring and dedicated individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality support and are eager to develop their skills.

Essential requirements

Skills & Requirements: -Previous experience in health or social care – Preferred -Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle – Preferred -Right to work in the UK (please note, we are unable to offer sponsorship) -Compassionate, caring, and empathetic nature -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Good organisational and time management skills -A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care -Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (if required) -Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends where required
