Summary
About the Home:
The home has a good reputation and are currently at full capacity with Children from ages 11-15 with CYP with LD, Autism and complex needs. Its a 6 bed home in Hampshire.
Vacancies:
4x Day time staff £15 per hour
Requirements:
Min 12 months experience
Hold Level 3 or 4 in residential
Must have full right to work
UK drivers license and access to vehicle
The home will always have 1 extra staff on shift to allow breaks etc for the others and prevent burnout.
Shift pattern yes – for the Waking Nights they are trialling this at the moment
Week 1 – Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat and Sun
Week 2 – Weds and Thurs
Night shifts times – 21:30 – 08:30am
During half terms the night shifts finishes at 08:00 as the day staff start at 07:30am
