UNLOCK YOUR BEST WORK LIFE + MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO EVERY LIFE We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Prescribing Co-ordinator to join our healthcare teams across our South Yorkshire team, working across HMP YOI Doncaster, HMP Moorland, HMP Hatfield and HMP Lindholme. All work will be based on site, you will be expected to work at all sites as part of this role. Hours Monday to Friday:8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm Salary This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £34,100 per annum - depending on experience. How will we support you?
