Joining DWP Digital means becoming part of a thriving Business Analysis profession where learning and development are actively supported. You'll have access to experienced Senior and Lead Business Analysts, an established community of practice, and opportunities to broaden your skills, expand your experience and progress your career. • Communicate effectively across both technical and business stakeholders, ensuring the understanding of requirements and acceptance criteria is aligned.
  • You'll translate business problems and user needs into backlogs of detailed requirements to deliver value and great outcomes for our users or for the solution that align to best practice.

  • Lead workshops, interviews, and other investigation techniques to effectively understand the business problems, business needs and user needs.
  • Be responsible for improving your own knowledge of Business Analysis and Agile principles, methods, tools and techniques.
  • Play an active role within the BA community, coaching and supporting other members of the community.
  • Contribute to the development of others through coaching, mentoring and knowledge sharing, with opportunities to undertake line management responsibilities where applicable.
