Houston & Hawkes is looking for an accomplished Senior Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at a prestigious international law firm in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented chef who wants to cook at a genuinely high level within a premium Monday-to-Friday environment. The food offer brings together fresh workplace dining, sophisticated hospitality and refined fine dining, giving you the variety to showcase both strong craft skills and creativity.
THE ROLE
Prepare and deliver exceptional food across the daily dining, hospitality and fine-dining offer.
Work with fresh, seasonal and quality ingredients to produce food with flavour, creativity and precision.
Deliver beautifully presented dishes for executive dining, client lunches and premium hospitality.
Prepare elegant canapés, bowl food, plated dining and bespoke menus for events and special occasions.
Take ownership of your section, ensuring exceptional standards of preparation, organisation and presentation.
Contribute ideas to menu development, seasonal dishes and new food concepts.
Support junior chefs, sharing knowledge and helping maintain consistently high standards across the kitchen.
Work confidently across different styles of service while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Support effective stock control, portion management and waste reduction.
Maintain impeccable standards of food safety, allergen management, hygiene and kitchen organisation.
ABOUT YOU
An experienced Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie with strong culinary foundations.
Previous experience within fine dining, premium hospitality, quality restaurants, hotels or high-end contract catering.
Excellent craft and technical cooking skills with a strong understanding of flavour and seasonality.
Experience producing refined hospitality and beautifully presented plated food.
Creative, passionate and genuinely interested in food.
An exceptional eye for detail and presentation.
Calm, organised and confident working within a professional kitchen environment.
A strong team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting others.
Someone who takes genuine pride in their craft and refuses to compromise on quality.
