PA Hours can be shared with more then one PA
15.5 hours per week
45 minutes - AM call - 7 day week
45 minutes - PM call - 7 days a week
Weekend - 2 hours cleaning and 3 hours social call
Gender:
Female PA required due to support with personal care
Tasks/duty
AM and PM call to assist with washing/showering, dressing and meds prompt.
light household duties on each call.
Cleaning call - domestic tasks throughout the house as required.
Social call - going shopping, cinema, café and garden centres.
Main diagnosis:
Road traffic accident, sustained a fracture to pelvis, long term wheelchair user.
Moving and handling:
Wheelchair user but will pivot transfer independently.

Likes to go the cinema, shopping, café and garden centres.
Enjoys going to the church and attending courses.
Enjoys reading books, crosswords and adult colouring books.
Enjoys doing gem art.

4 cats, 1 puppy, numerous Guinea pigs and rabbits outside in garden.
An enhanced DBS certificate is applicable to this role.
