Role Transition Support
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Role Transition Support professional to support the successful transition of services into business-as-usual within a complex transformation programme.
You’ll coordinate activities, track milestones, risks and dependencies, maintain key programme documentation and help ensure stakeholders have clear, accurate and timely information.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and maintenance of service transition and TUPE plans.
Coordinate inputs from Service Leads, SMEs and wider stakeholders, ensuring deliverables remain on track.
Track risks, issues, dependencies, milestones and actions, escalating where appropriate.
Support PMO processes, governance forums, reporting cycles and assurance activity.
Maintain accurate RAID logs, plans, status reports and governance documentation.
Collate and analyse data to support programme reporting and decision-making.
Prepare briefing materials and stakeholder communications.
Support transition into business-as-usual, including closure activities and post-implementation reviews.
Build strong relationships across multiple workstreams and support effective service integration.
Manage competing priorities and proactively resolve issues within agreed responsibilities.
Essential Experience & Skills
Experience working within a project, programme or PMO environment in a large, complex organisation.
Proven ability to coordinate delivery activities and support workstreams to achieve outcomes.
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across different levels.
Good analytical skills and experience using data for reporting and decision-making.
Experience contributing to continuous improvement or transformation activity.
Ability to work independently, take initiative and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable: Experience of service design, shared services or transformation environments, and familiarity with cloud-based systems such as Oracle Fusion.
