Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly skilled and experienced Panel Beater to join a reputable automotive repair workshop in Scunthorpe. The Panel Beater role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established company that values its staff and provides a comprehensive benefits package. This is a full-time Panel Beater position with a competitive salary and opportunities for career progression.

- Competitive basic salary ranging from £45,885 to £50,057 per annum, with an OTE of up to £50,057

- Uncapped monthly bonus scheme with an average guaranteed bonus when on holiday

- Full-time, 40-hour week shift pattern with full training provided

- Initial six months on day shift (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm), shifting to evening shifts (Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm)

Duties:

- Repair and replace vehicle panels with precision, adhering to manufacturer standards and quality expectations

- Inspect vehicles prior to repairs, assessing damage levels thoroughly

- Ensure high standards of workmanship and attention to detail

- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to meet health and safety standards

- Collaborate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth communication

- Ensure all work complies with safety and quality regulations

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Panel Beater with a solid understanding of vehicle panel repairs and refinishing

- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Panel Beating and Repair

- Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship

- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

- Full UK driving licence preferred
