Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Vehicle Technician to join a reputable premium brand dealership in Newbury. This Vehicle Technician role offers a unique opportunity for a skilled Vehicle Technician to develop their career within a dynamic and supportive environment, specialising in delivering exceptional vehicle servicing and maintenance.

Duties:

- Perform servicing and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles, including diagnostics, repairs, and warranty work

- Conduct digital vehicle health checks and accurately log all work on job cards

- Undertake tasks such as oil changes, cambelts, and other scheduled maintenance procedures

- Ensure all work is completed within manufacturer standards and complies with health and safety regulations

- Support colleagues with technical advice and share knowledge to uphold high service standards

Requirements:

- Recognised Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent)

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic, ideally with warranty and servicing exposure

- Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering quality work

- Full UK driving licence and possession of a valid MOT licence (training available if required)

- Willingness to learn and develop through manufacturer training programmes
