£9,758 - £10,194 (16 Hours per week, Term-time only)
Letham Primary School, Perth
At Letham Early Years and Childhood Centre, we are committed to providing high-quality, child-centred play and learning opportunities for children aged 2 to 12 years, ensuring that every child feels valued, included, and supported in ways that reflect their unique needs and identity.
We are keen to hear from suitable candidates who are able to work to cover our lunchtime provision and to support children in play and learning including Health and Wellbeing.
Please note, we are currently unable to offer sponsorship for this post.
Skills & Experience Required
The ability to work effectively as part of a team is essential, alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A flexible approach to working with young children and their parents and carers is required to build positive relationships and respond effectively to individual needs.
You will have experience of working with children in an early years, childcare, education, or playwork setting and a good understanding of child development and learning through play.
Experience of working in partnership with parents, carers, and other professionals is desirable.
For the role of Early Learning & Childcare Support Worker there is no entry requirement however you will be required to work towards a childcare qualification.
