Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Bakery Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be energetic, hardworking, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced bakery environment. They will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the bakery.
Key Responsibilities
Serve customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Prepare and package bakery products for display and sale.
Replenish stock and maintain attractive product displays.
Operate tills and process customer transactions accurately.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene throughout the bakery.
Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
Support the bakery team with various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Follow all food safety, health and safety, and company procedures.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
