Customer Service Executive - We're currently recruiting for a

Customer Service Executive to join our client based in,

Sudbury, Suffolk on a temp to perm basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing. The role will initially be a

temporary position for up to 12 weeks and for the

right candidate will go permanent!

About the Role:

The role is to be the point of contact on site for their Export customers and distributors from processing the orders onto the system until goods have been despatched from the factory. This is a full-time role,

Monday - Friday, day shift. The starting pay rate is

£15.94 per hour.

Duties:

- Processing orders onto SAP -

(previous experience is required)

- Ensuring orders are despatched

- Working with credit control to check any outstanding payments

- Working closely with warehouse, production and ensuring requirements are met

- Deal with all enquiries

- Advice shipping information and documentation

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience and experience using SAP is essential

- Practical, hands-on, and detail-oriented

- Flexible and willing to learn new tasks within the department

- Own transport is essential due to the location
