Summary
Shift Controller required for a Client in Derby.
The following are a few key requirements / tasks included in the role:
- Shift planning to ensure the client requirements are met
- Leading a team of 16 people which may increase.
- Health and Safety priority - continuously improving to higher standards
- Drive to ensure H&S and all client requirements are met
- KPI monitoring and reporting
- Work Instructions creation and briefing
- Risk Assessment creation and briefing
- The use of MS office.
- The use of SAP would be beneficial
- A good understand of warehouse working required.
- Building a strong professional relationship with the client
Successful candidates must be experienced and organised and be confident in supervising a team.
You must have experiencing within a similar role e.g. warehouse supervisor.
Hours for this role are Monday- Friday 8am- 4.30pm.
DBS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE, WE CAN PROVIDE ONE AND THE COST WILL BE DEDUCTED OUT OF YOUR FIRST WEEK PAY.
5 YEARS WORK HISTORY REFERENCES ALSO REQUIRED.
