A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LINEN PORTER AT

OUR HOTEL

What you'll be doing...

As a Linen Porter, you’ll be responsible for collecting, counting, and distributing linen, assisting room attendants in cleaning guest rooms and public areas and replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards, helping maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.

Support with special requests, like setting up extra beds or delivering extra amenities, going the extra mile to make each stay memorable.

Work closely with other departments, especially the front desk and maintenance, to deliver a seamless guest experience

About you…

• Physical fitness and stamina - you’ll be on your feet most of the day

• Enthusiastic, flexible, passionate & display a professional and courteous attitude

• Ability to work independently but also be an effective team player

• An excellent eye for detail with great time management and organisational skills

• Good communication skills

THE HOURS

You will be working a 5 days per week from 0830am to 3.30pm (shift times can be negotiated). Additional shifts may be available to cover holidays, sickness or busy periods in the Hotel.
