Summary

Develop and oversee a regional digital roadmap and portfolio aligned with national programmes and the London Health Plan. Monitor delivery, assure progress and mitigate/ escalate risks through appropriate governance arrangements. Act as a hub for clinical informatics expertise, drawing on national specialist resources where appropriate. Strengthen interoperability, data-sharing arrangements and analytics maturity across London systems. Provide clinical leadership for the assessment, implementation and scaling of innovative digital solutions. Promote inclusive design, accessibility and evidence-based improvement to support better patient outcomes. Build strong relationships across organisational boundaries and communicate complex or sensitive matters clearly. Model collaborative leadership, sound judgement, integrity and a strong commitment to NHS values. Essential requirements: Fully registered medical practitioner in good standing with the General Medical Council and relevant Royal College or Faculty; masters-level qualification or equivalent senior experience; senior clinical informatics leadership experience, including experience in a Chief Clinical Information Officer role within an NHS organisation; and a strong record of leading complex, system-wide change.
