Summary

Location: Basford, Nottingham NG5 1JZ

Hours: Full-time – 42 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, rota basis)

Pay: £14.00 per hour

About the Service

Basford is a 6-bed residential service supporting adult female with learning disabilities, dual diagnosis and autism . The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.

People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including shopping, garden centres, walking and charity shop visits , helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading and coordinating a team to deliver safe, effective and high-quality care. You’ll support the manager and act as a role model, always ensuring best practice and a positive team culture.

You’ll:

Promote independence and help individuals achieve personal goals

Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered

Support with care planning, risk assessments and compliance

Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing

Monitor quality, safety and regulatory standards
