Summary
The Pharmacy Technician will work as part of the multidisciplinary team at East Leicester Medical Practice, supporting GPs and other clinicians with medicines optimisation, prescription management and medicines safety. The postholder will support medication reconciliation, prescription queries, medication reviews, liaison with community pharmacies and other healthcare professionals, and medicines-related audits and quality improvement. The role will help ensure patients receive safe, effective and appropriate use of their medicines while supporting the wider practice team and improving clinical capacity.
