Are you an experienced
Quantity Surveyor looking to join a major infrastructure project?
Our client is seeking a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of works on the
Sizewell C project. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established construction business and play a key role in one of the UK's most significant developments.
Responsibilities:
• Managing project costs from inception through to completion
• Preparing valuations, applications for payment and final accounts
• Managing subcontractor packages and payments
• Assessing and pricing variations
• Identifying and mitigating commercial risks
• Supporting project teams to ensure commercial targets are achieved
Requirements:
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within construction
• Strong understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts
• Excellent commercial and contractual awareness
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Infrastructure, modular, offsite or large-scale project experience beneficial
